Tee- I would not want to be her child, she seems mean! Just kidding, it seems pretty accurate actually. I liked the first version better, personally.
The mom song just sounds like all the things a "Sassy" mom would say. I think that if you are that controlling, even in jest, that you qualify as a helicopter parent. The kid version was better, but she has a, no offense, horrible voice.
Matt: The mother's version was lacking a bit in the humor department, but her voice however was at least easy to listen to. The younger girl however had better, and more humorous lyrics than the mother, but had absolutely no singing voice whatsoever.
Madi says... I really wouldn't care if my mom did something like that, I don't think the song is that funny but some parts are funny. I like the song that the mom sang way better than the kid song. I think the moms video is funnier and better then the other video.
Ernie says.... I really wouldnt care if my mom wasa acting that way. The moms version is funnier than the teens version. One thing about the teens version is that she is way cuter than the mom version.
Lauren...I liked the Mom's version better. Her version seemed fairly accurate but I would not want to be her child. I think it may have been humiliating for her children. My Mom says the same things that she mentioned in her song. The Mom's version was also much funnier than the teenager's point of view. She also had a much better singing voice.
Kristin says... I liked the younger girl's lyrics better, but the mom easier to understand. My mom does say some of those things, but not all of them. The girl was funnier when i could understand her.
Robbie says.Honestly the girl version you could barely understand what she was sayin. The mom version was better. The funny thing is some of that stuff my mom actually says!
My mother isn't as nagging as the woman singing in the first video. She rarely says any of the things said in the video. I don't really agree with the second video though. Teenagers shouldn't overly nag their parents and parents shouldn't overly nag the kids. I thought the first video was funnier.
Sheron says… I think the mom version is better probably because it went along better with life but the teen version was a good comeback. Although the teen version was pretty funny it was kind of dull.
Chris says… I like the mom version better because the other version was boring and she didn’t know how to sing. But I would not like her to be my mom, because I like my mom. My mom and my grandma have told me some of the stuff that they say in the song especially when they tell me to pick up after myself.
LaKendra... I liked the mom's song. There were a lot of things in that song that were very true. My mom says some of the same as exact things. The daughters version was very true but still not good as funny as the mom's.
Ashley says... I think the mom's song was funny. It is very accurate. When I was younger and still now sometimes she does some of those things. It's something you can relate to. I didn't like the girl. The stuff she said was true but I couldn't understand her at all hardly. It was a funny song!

The woman was very accurate in what she stated. Kids are becoming very disobedient to their parents. The girl is also right in her statements. Parents can be fairly overbearing. Either way both are entitled to their opinion.

I would totally not want to be her child. She seem like she would be so irritating. She is not funny, just wack as crap. My mom do not say these things. I would not even listen to her if she did.

I guess this one is kind of funny. I don't think I would want to be her child. My mom doesn't say those things. I would be embarrassed if I were her son.
Nither one of these movies were funny. A mother was being to much of a mother. The girl was being a tenager. Its the everyday life situation so its not that funny.
Both of these songs are completely accuarate. I didn't really like either version they weren't very funny. My mom doesn't really say those things because I do what i'm told. I wouldn't want to be her child, apparently they don't do what they are told. Childern today don't respect their parents or do anything they are told.
