If you were the judge responsible for determining the winner of this lawsuit, based only on the information presented in this video, what would your verdict be and why?

Downing says... Based on what I saw, both parties are wrong. Ms. Morales was receiving requests to send pronographic pictures to the company CEO when she was 17. Child pronography is illegal and she should have reported it then. By saying nothing she would seem to be condoning the bad behavior. Why she would continue to work for this company is a mystery to me.

The company CEO is also clearly wrong. Why would a 42 year old man be sexually interested in a 17 or 18 year old? He seems to be a sexual predator in the highest form.

If I was the judge, I would find him guilty and fine him the highest amount possible. Then I would give the money to charity!

Oops, I meant to spell it "pornographic." Downing says!

Lauren says...I believe that the company CEO should be convicted. He was wrong by forcing an underage girl to expose herself. He was 40 some years old and she was only a child. The young girl was also wrong in her actions. She should have made her pandemic public as soon as it began happening. She caused the situation to become worse because she waited too long to speak out and accuse her boss. However, the CEO is the main person to blame. If I were the judge for this case I would convict him with the highest possible punishments for obrtaining child pornography.

I think it is obvious that she is trying to extort the company for money. Her arguments for returning, saying that it "Payed Better", does not paint the picture of someone terribly scandalized by the ordeal. Overall, her arguments are vague and undefined. Even if something did happen, she is just trying to profit from it.

If the CEO has been accused of sexually harrassing other people before, he probably did something wrong again. However, this girl could've taken different steps to avoid this further assualt. She could've called the cops or quit her job. She could've found a different job. Even if the wages were worse, it's better than being sexually asaulted. I think that the CEO and the girl are stupid in this situation.

......Disgusting. How could anyone or I should say any MAN do that. To put some random girl into this. That just shows how the world can be crazy and how a man disrespect women just for there body. All they want is money and they don't care how they get it.

Jonathan says... If he was sexually harrassing and assaulting her he needs to go to jail. She should've spoken up before now wether it was to the police or somebody at her job. But then again she could of made all of this up just because something didn't go her way.

Matt: It is clear that she is simply trying to get money from her company. Had she truly been offended, she could have made this point clear the moment the situation came up, rather than waiting for such a long time. She is just trying to take money from those who have it, and it is quite pitiful to say the least.

If I was the judge I would probably choose the girl. Based on the video the guy seems to be in the wrong. At no point in time is it okay to mess with an underage girl. The man should be penalized for his actions.

LaKendra... The man was very wrong for everything that he has done to that woman. No act of sexual harassment is acceptable! The lady also was crazy to keep going back. She should have confronted the problem and quit her job the first time she noticed how her boss was acting towards her. I cant believe she even continued after she had an emotional break down because of it and was hospitalized for days. I understand that she needed her job because she needed money to pay her bills, but there is no bill on this earth worth paying if you have to be sexually harassed to pay it!

Tee- I think it's hard to choose who is really telling the truth in a matter like this. Yes, it is completely horrible for a man to do that to a young woman, but it's very possible for a girl to lie in order to take advantage of someone's money. If I were a judge, I would have to see more facts before coming up with a verdict.

Robbie says.. That is very wrong to have treated that lady that way. If I ever treated a girl like that my parents would kill me. Men are no more valuable then ladies are. We are all equal everyone should be treated the same. You should treat people different just because their a different gender or race, or just because your bigger than they are. You should treat people the way you want to be treated.

Ashley says... It can go both ways. The man is sick! He shouldn't do that to young girls or to any women. The girl wanted a job, but if was hurting you why would you go back? I wouldn't go back. Even though she made money, she could have got out before it got worse. She made a choice. She could have walked away. The man needs to pays a lot of fine and be put away. He will probably do it to another girl again. I hope the girl wins because it affeted her and she would feel better about it but everything that has been done before 18 was illegal and she should have got out. The man is guilty and should be out of the business. No one needs to do that to young women!! He should be charged as a sexual predator and the girl should get a job that's clean and safe.

Kristin says... If I were a judge I would convict him. It isn't the first time he's had a woman claim he sexually harrassed her. The girl should have quit her job regardless if she could find another that paid as well, and she shouldn't have returned. Despite the girls actions what he did was wrong and inexcusable.

Chris says… If I was the Judge making this decision for the man in the video I think I would make him life in prison because what he did was nasty. By making a young girl take naked pictures of her, it’s just not right. I hope everyone like him gets locked up.

If i was to be the judge i will have that man locked up for life. That is so nasty to do that to an individual. Not only would i make him have life in jail but i will also make him get the electric chair. What he did to that girl will be with her for the rest of her life. She would probably never forget nor forgive him.

Madi says.. I think the man was very wrong for everything he did. Honestly, it's hard to tell who is lying or who is telling the truth in this case. In my opinion it is never right for any kind of sexual harassment!

Ernie says.... I believe the company ceo is completely wrong for this. No 42 year old man would be interested in a 17 or 18 year old girl. This is a bunch of balogna.

I would find the man innocent. Her allegations are not supported by any evidence. If she had the aforementioned text messages she would have a viable case against the company. However, I would possibly find him guilty because of what he said about himself dropping his pants. Someone dropping their pants and showing what is underneath is considered indecent exposure. That is a violation of the law.

I think the CEO of American Apparel should be found guilty because he sexually assaulted her. I don't think anyone deserves to be treated as she did. The CEO should have to pay her some money because he put her through a lot of bad things. He shouldn't have asked her for sexual pictures and locked her in his house trying to have sexual activity with her. He needs to be put in a jail for a long time.

With all the information added up it basically sums up to her word against his. Now because of there being no physical evidence I would deny the plaintiff her lawsuit. Maybe if she asked for a little less money she would seem more believing, but because of the huge amount of money she's probably just a greedy liar. Another thing is the fact that she lets her lawyer do all the talking. If she was telling the truth then she would have had the confidence to speak for herself rather than have her slimy greedy lawyer talk for her.

If I was the judge of this case I would send him to jail for life! That was wrong for him to do that to a 17 or 18 year old. I don't understand why she kept going back, even if it paid good you can find more jobs that pay better or just the same. I don't think that girls should get sexually harassed it's just wrong. I think that she should have spoke up regardless.

If I was the judge my verdict would be that he was guilty. I would have him as guilty because he was messing with a minor. I don't understand why she would keep going back if all this was to accure. The company is completely wrong because they should have allowed it at all with young women. I also believe that she was going along with it and then something happened and she got mad and wanna tell on him.
